Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

After your return request is approved, you have 14 days to send the item back.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Hygiene Products (e.g. mouth tape, sleep masks)

  • must be unused
  • must be unopened
  • the original seal must remain intact
  • must be in original packaging

For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or have a broken seal are not eligible for return.

Devices & Accessories (e.g. red light panels, glasses)

  • may be tested as intended
  • must be returned in original condition
  • must show no signs of damage, wear or excessive use
  • must be returned in original packaging

We reserve the right to inspect returned items and refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • opened or used items
  • sale items
  • gift cards

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Returned items must still meet the conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.

If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
