30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
After your return request is approved, you have 14 days to send the item back.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Hygiene Products (e.g. mouth tape, sleep masks)
- must be unused
- must be unopened
- seal must not be broken
- must be in original packaging
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used hygiene products cannot be returned.
Devices & Accessories (e.g. red light panels, glasses)
- may be tested as intended
- must be in original condition
- must show no signs of damage or excessive use
- must be returned in original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returns without approval will not be accepted.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- you will be notified
- approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Received a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos.
