You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

This includes processing and shipping.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers
- customs clearance
- local postal services
- other external factors beyond our control
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly after being placed.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible.
We can only process cancellation before the order has been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- your order number
- clear photos (if applicable)
We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.
